One school, and it is open at every age: a father and his eight-year-old open the same rooms, and the page is read to whoever is sitting in front of it.
The Torah gave Israel its own study, and gave you the seven mitzvos and a whole world to build with them (רמב״ם הלכות מלכים י:ט). That is why this school does not set you a masechta of Israel's own mesorah and does not set you the week's parsha. What is opened here is what is yours — and there is a lifetime of learning in it.
