Foundation

An academy built on
a different foundation

Modern universities teach how to succeed; the Torah teaches what success is for. The Academy Arena joins the two: rigorous, current, professional material — strategy, markets, technology, artificial intelligence — studied through the lens of Chabad Chassidus: purpose, integrity, the dignity of every person, and business as a vehicle for refining the world. Every course, and every one of our tailor-made short courses, is taught the same way: your own AI teacher, one-on-one, the sources on your screen, at your own pace.

Up-to-date materialCurrent cases, current tools, current markets — reviewed and renewed continuously.
Torah at the coreEvery course pairs its discipline with sources — Choshen Mishpat, Pirkei Avos, Tanya, the Lubavitcher Rebbe's letters on business and purpose.
Personal AI teacherOne-on-one teaching at your pace, in your language, with real questions and real practice.
Wide-open thinkingDebate, challenge, build — an academy that trains minds, not memorizers.

Two to three weeks

Executive short courses,
tailor-made

Alongside the full multi-semester programs, the Academy Arena offers intensive, tailor-made certificate courses of two to three weeks — focused, practical, and complete in themselves. Each course delivers the essential tools of its field so the participant leaves able to act: to manage, to launch, to lead.

AI EssentialsThe fundamental tools of artificial intelligence in two to three weeks — understanding, operating, and managing today's AI tools in real work, with no prior background required.
Venture LaunchStartup & Business Essentials — the core of starting and running a business: idea to operation, planning, finances, customers, management.
Social Impact LeadershipAn intensive study of top social ventures — how they were built, how they sustain themselves, and how to design your own project of impact.

Each short course concludes with a SAFE ARENA Certificate of Completion — SAFE ARENA's own certificate, not a government-accredited university qualification. Like every program of the Academy Arena, the short courses are offered fully separately for men and for women.

Our model

An academy of impact

Every program in the Academy Arena is directed toward one end: forming builders who enhance the world. The model we cultivate is the social entrepreneur — not a dependent of charity, but a creator of ventures that carry their impact on their own strength: efficient, self-sustaining, and free of reliance on donations. Whether the graduate leads a company, a family business, or a social project, he is trained to build something that stands — and to build it for the sake of Heaven.

One institution

One academy,
separate courses

The Academy Arena is a single institution in which every course is offered separately for men and for women, in keeping with the standards of Torah life that govern every school in our ecosystem. The faculties, the academic level, the certificate, and the four daily hours are identical; the classes themselves are entirely separate. Men are taught by their AI teacher; women are taught by their own AI teacher, Morah Rivkah — that is the name of the school's AI teacher for the women's classes, not of a person. The same excellence, in the proper framework.

Jewish track — Business inside the GemaraThe sugyos themselves are the business school: Bava Metzia and Bava Basra on commerce, partnerships, workers and wages; Choshen Mishpat on money and contracts — learned inside, b'iyun, and applied to today's markets, cases, and tools.
Bnei Noach track — Business on the Seven LawsBuilt entirely on the teachings given to the nations: the Seven Laws as the legal and moral foundation of commerce — honesty, courts and contracts, property, fair dealing — paired with the same current professional material.
How it works

Flexible hours,
fixed commitment

A continuation of the Yeshiva. The Academy Arena is the natural next step of the Torah Arena: a student who completes his years in Yeshiva (or Seminary, or the Bnei Noach Academy) continues here to acquire a profession — without ever leaving the atmosphere of Torah he grew in. The day still begins with prayer, and learning remains learning.

Morning tefillah opens the day, and a guided seder is always available — but attendance at fixed hours is not required. Each student commits to four hours of study per day, at whichever hours of the day suit his life and his work. The commitment is to the hours and the mastery, not to the clock.

There are no exams in the classic sense — but progress is measured seriously. Each semester, your AI teacher continuously verifies that knowledge is truly acquired: you explain concepts back in your own words, solve real cases, and complete a practical project. A semester is passed when mastery is demonstrated — not when a date arrives. Upon completing all semesters, the graduate receives the SAFE ARENA Certificate of Completion — SAFE ARENA's own certificate, not a government-accredited university degree.

The graduate

What the market receives

The Academy Arena is building relationships with employers, so that in time our name will stand for something specific: a formation whose first foundation is fear of Heaven. Before strategy, before finance, before technology — the graduate is trained to stand before G‑d in every decision.

A company that hires a SAFE ARENA graduate receives a professional educated in a culture of honesty: someone taught that a contract is sacred, that a scale must be true, that a worker's wage and a client's trust are matters of divine law. He enters the market as a follower of the Torah — and conducts business accordingly.

A word of integrity about integrity itself: character cannot be guaranteed by any institution, and we will never claim otherwise. What we guarantee is the formation — that we taught him the way of G‑d, thoroughly and personally, semester after semester. The credibility of each graduate will rest, as it always has, on his own fear of Heaven. That is precisely why we make it the first requirement of the house.
